Vice President, Development

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duties: Responsible for all aspects of the company's engineering product development activities. Will be responsible for focusing on the structuring and operation of the product development engineering function as a cohesive unit; the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects; delivering manufacturable designs to agreed specifications (application of Ruby programming language & Ruby On Rails framework) within time and budget constraints, and the fostering of innovative solutions to customer needs. Manage a software team consisting of 5 members.

Requires: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems plus one year of experience in the job offered or as a Vice President Software Engineer. Experience which may have been obtained concurrently must include one year of prior experience utilizing Ruby programming language and Ruby On Rails framework, and one year of experience managing a software team consisting of five or more team members.
